My husband of 21 years has recently (8 months ago) begun to correspond with a gal I used to work with. I haven't worked in that place for almost 3 years. There are text messages, phone calls and he stops in to see her at work 2 to 3 times a week. When I found out about it I asked him to please stop. This gal is pretty loose and misguided. While working with her (and 5 other women) I pretty much stayed out of her business. Didn't get into the gossip about her or group-bash her character. To each his own and I know that I live in a glass house. When confronted my husband said "I thought she was your friend." I said no and it upsets me that you would even be in touch with her. He won't stop. This has caused many arguments between us and people continue to talk. We have always had a great relationship and he agrees. Says he loves me and doesn't want to split. I guess what bothers me most is that he didn't put me first and honor my request. There is no need for him to see or talk to her. Ive never put limits on him or his friends. This is the first time I've ever asked him to do something for me and my heart. Any advice?

No he didn't, and that's the lamest excuse I ever heard.

I think just being upset, and not full blown Pi$$ed, is your problem.

Sleep on the couch, no dinner, coffee, or laundry kind of Pi$$ed. Accept very bad behavior, and that's what you'll get.
