vicious cat
My cat has been vicious since birth! When he was with the other kittens in the litter, he would be really rough around them. The litter was from my sister's best friends cat, and so my sister had already picked out the one she wanted but then it died! Every time she picked out a new one it would die until Axel was the only one left so we took him. He was 2 or 3 weeks old but if we didn't take him he would die.
My mom told me he would grow out of being vicious after he got neutered, but now he's almost a year old and was neutered forever ago and he is still mean. I have scars all up and down my arms and legs from him, he pushes things off the counter and from my dresser and then plays with them, he rips papers off my walls at night while I sleep, he has no respect for anyone, He chews on my guitar and he broke the blinds on my window!
We've tried spray bottles, that doesn't work and sticking him in his carrying cage thing doesn't work either. I've had it with him. How do I make him less mean?

Honestly I would give the cat to an animal shelter, I had a cat just like that and they can't be stopped they are evil. If they are vicious from birth I don't think there is anything you can do... well that's my opinion because I got tired of getting attacked and my friends and family did too lol, he was cute but not that cute!!

Some cats are just aggressive, sadly.
It sounds like the root to his problem is being separated from his litter way too early - a lot of times this causes behavioural issues such as what you are describing. Basically he never learned how to interact properly. His mother and littermates would teach him things such as not biting.
What leads up to you getting scratched?
Does he have any toys or scratching posts around the house?

He scratches me whenever I try to pick him up, like when he climbs on the counter and I pick him up to put him on the ground, then he scratches me. And when I'm just sitting doing nothing or on my laptop typing or even when I'm trying to sleep, he wiggles his little but in the air and pounces at my hands and just starts biting and scratching me. Yes, he has a scratching post, but he barely uses it. He has lots of toys that he plays with but those don't seem to help.

Is he angrily scratching you, or just sort of scratching you as he tries to get away?
Try trimming his nails, it will help with scratching a bit.
It really sounds like he just wasn't properly socialized as a young kitten. :(

He doesn't like to be touched or played with so whenever you pick him up, he's only scratching you to get away but then whenever he pounces at you he's doing it because he's really angry or something. He latches onto me and doesn't let go.
That's what I figured was wrong with him.
Whenever we take him to the vet he acts really behaved and everyone loves him except for my family, but my sister won't let us get rid of him.
I'll try trimming his nails, maybe that might help. Thanks.
