    Florida HOA
What rights do homeowners have to hold HOA accountable for enforcing property upkeep? The community documents do not spell out my rights. Where and how would I go about obtaining that documentation?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread. I just found your other thread and merged the two.

HOAs have boards, those boards have periodic meetings. If you feel the HOA is not performing proper maintenance then you go to a board meeting and protest. If you are still not satisfied you get your neighbors to band together and vote in a new board.

Also, every homeowner should have gotten a copy of the by-laws. If they lost there's they can go to the HOA office and obtain another copy.

What upkeep arent' they doing what do the by-laws say?
