    Can I take my bail back?
    I paid bail for someone that will not pay me back. Can I go back to the police station and get my bail back?

    You sure can. They will go and physically take the person back to jail and the person will have to post bail all over again. Did you post the entire amount or did you go through a bail bondsman?
