    FICA Tax Exemption
    Is it possible for retired persons collecting social security benefits to be exempt from FICA Tax w/h on earnings? If so, what conditions must be met, if any?

    Negative.

    If you have earned income, you must pay Social Security and Medicare or, if you are self-employed, self-employment taxes.
