How can you stop your photos from being stolen?
I've had some bad experiences when it comes to stolen photos. I have a photobucket but it's ultra private.
I would like to know how to disable the copy/past or the save as when you right click a photo-- I know some sites have that type of protection.
How do you get that? Is there a code or something...
Just wondering.

Won't work and I will show you why...
Screen Capture | Snagit | Screen capture software by TechSmith
I have this and I can grab any pic, text I want from sites that don't allow copy/paste or saving...
Find a site w/ that protection and link me to it and I will demonstrate it.

Sorry... lol
Its better to keep your profile private and set it to only allow friends/family to see your profile/pic. Anyone not set to friend/family can't see anything.

Just agreeing with the above. More than one software app that can capture anything that you can display on your screen, even with save functions disabled in the pic/video app...

If I can see on my screen I can grab it for myself. Works for websites, PDFs, anything.

Unless it's a long webpage I just use Alt-PrintScreen then paste into my favorite image editor.

Two fingers and two clicks. Pretty darn fast there.

Snagit does auto scroll to take full webpage and it even does nifty things with links within website... never used that part. Plus it has a snagit editor to as well.

There is no way to completely safeguard against stealing photos off the internet.
All it takes is for someone to push the "print screen" button on their keyboard then paste it into a paint program.
Don't put photos online that you don't want people to have :)

I use Faststone Capture, it even captures scroll-downs.
