    Superior Court
    Debt collector chose to file lawsuit in Superior Court as to I guess to put lien on my mortgage and bank account. Sent letters to all superior court judges in my area.One replied with "nothing i can do unless something is filed in court",what does this mean,is he giving me a hint without putting himself at risk?

    You are correct. They gave you a huge hint. File an Answer to this lawsuit in the court that it was originally filed in as soon as possible or you could have a judgment entered against you in this lawsuit due to your lack of filing paperwork with the Court.
