Repair of furnace blower for Bryant 350MAV
I was told by a service repair firm that the blower motor and wheel needs replacing for a Bryant Model 350MAV condensing gas furnace (10 years old). There is quite a bit of noise when it runs and the unit vibrates at bit at the blower housing. His cost was nearly $1000. I think I can do it myself. Are there instructions available for replacing the blower and where would I buy the blower.

    Thx,

Sounds to me like you only need to replace the blower wheel for now ,if the motor was bad and needed replacing,, it wouldn`t be running and vibrating

Take the model number with you and find a parts house for Bryant furnaces that will sell the part to you

If you are machanical enough to think you can do it yourself,, you shouldn`t need written instructions

If your blower wheel spun on the motor shaft when it went bad you will need a new motor. The new blower wheel will not be able to lock down tight on the blower motor shaft.
