    Don't freeze milk- it'll lose it's nutrients and flavor.

    Yes, You can freeze milk, and I know about freezing groceries because we live 6 miles from the nearest loaf of bread ( I know it's not like Alaska or anything). When you get good deals by buying several gallons at once, you can freeze them, but first open up the jug and pour out a few ounces to allow for expansion. Recap the jug and place in the freezer. When you get them out,and they thaw, shake good as to mix separation. I recommend putting the removal/thaw date on the jug so you know the delayed expiration date. You'll freal out your guests if they see thet are drinking "4 month old" milk. Cheese freezes well too.

Okay, so I just got these spacers in my mouth, because I am getting braces. The orthodonist said that they will hurt, and to eat softer foods. They are hurting really bad, and I can't eat anything cruchy or hard... any ideas of what I can eat?? :) :) :) Thanks
