Body After Pregnancy
Ladies with personal experience, men who have observed first hand or health experts only.
Here is some background information: Before I got pregnant with my first, my daughter, 2 years and 3 months ago I was A34. I had ended up being DD36 breasts with her. I had lost the weight and became a D34 breast before I became pregnant with my son 11 months ago. I was DD34 with him. My son is almost 3 months and I am now back to a D34.
When I loose a bit more weight I know my breasts will also decrease to probably a C. They have changed shape and are not as perky as they once where :(.
1) Will the nipple and surrounding area ever shrink to normal?
2) Is there anything I can to to help the skin (other then lotion) tighten and tone on the breasts and belly area?
Note: I have stopped breast feeding since my son is lactose and can not tolerate the protein in the breast milk so they aren't as big or dark.
Thanks.

Hey.. congrats on the baby.. I had four and breastfeed all till they were about 9 months.
My boobs were massive and heavy, after I lost the weight they shrink to a 34C.
The nipple area did not go back to pre pregnant 'style'. Exercise helped, some resistants training.belly, looks OK,a bit wrinkled, but workable.. in saying all that,my body looks OK,dim lighting ,id even say hot.
My sister,on the other hand,had 3 children,and has an amazing body,she's 34,I'm 36.
Every woman is different, but eating healthy, and exercise will greatly improve your muscle tone.

Unfortunately, due to breast feeding, the nipples will never be as they were prior to breastfeeding.
To tighten and tone the belly area, you will most likely have to resort to exercise.
I am not only a mother of 4, but also a nurse in prenatal care, labor and delivery, neonatal care, and post partum care.

I have two kids. Before my first I was a 34B, now, 6 years after the last child I'm a 32F. THe areolas are still bigger then they were pre baby, and yes, they aren't as perky as before, gravity works. ;)
You'll never be what you used to be, it's the price of motherhood and age, but every woman is different and everyone's body reacts differently to pregnancy.
Just accept who you are now, exercise, eat right and move forward.
Good luck.

I have been working out and losing weight... I know I will never be 100% ever around the tummy and breast area's. The big thing is my doctor said the nipples would go back to almost normal (pending my breast size) but they didn't with my first so thanks for clearing that up... I will help myself and take care of my babies and my body.
Thank you for the kind words.
