    It's VERY difficult to get a felony removed from someone's record.

    You would need a lawyer to even TRY.

    Basically, you would have to prove that you've changed from the person you were that committed the crime, and that you are now a benefit to society. This generally takes MANY years.

    You'd have to consult a lawyer to find out for sure.

    Well it depends in what state you are. If you were granted a wwithheld judication then that means your allowed to seal or expunge your case. Meaning that the charged are either sealed or taken away in the eyes of an employer and the state. But it's always open for any government ageny to open up
