What kind of tools would be used to remove an existing balcony?
I was wondering what kind of tools are used to remove and then replace a balcony on the second floor of a townhouse? Is there any power tools involved? Does the second floor have to be jacked up when taking the old balcony off and putting the new one on? I was just wondering about the exact process or this and tools involved?

You need to tell us how the balcony is built and with what materials. If its lumber you will need a circular saw and a reciprecating saw and some wrenches.
