    Weight troubles!
    I need major help

I currently weigh 164 lbs. (I don't look it though, others guess in the 140's which is nice) I am 15 years old I am 5'2"

I have been trying stuff but nothing works, I am in lacrosse which is good but I haven't been seeing any improvements. My eating habits aren't bad but I just can't seem to lose any weight.

I can't join a gym or anything like that because it is too much money .

I think part of the problem is I can't stay motivated to workout and then I just don't

Can someone suggest workout and things I can do and things to keep me motivated to work out and lose weight

(ps. I have asthma so I can't run/ jog for long or I have an attack)

    Can someone please help me??

That fact that you are active in lacrosse leads me to think some of your weight may be attributed to muscle mass which is good. Muscle burns calories.

The best thing to do is to adopt healthy eating habits. Cut out fast food, eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies, drink plenty of water, and limit sweets and sugary drinks/sodas. At your age I don't recommend strict "dieting" because you are still growing. It's a good idea to speak with your family doctor who can give you a dietary plan for your age group.

You don't necessarily have to run or jog to exercise. Take a light walk around your neighborhood or get some handheld weights that you can use in your bedroom. Ride a bike to the park with a friend. Play on the swingsets to get your heart pumping. Staying fit doesn't have to cost money; you just have to be creative. The bottom line is to get moving; do something you enjoy and you won't feel like you're exercising.
