    Can dark spots be totally removed?
    I've got some dark spots on my arms and I've used some spot removers but no desirable result.I need some help!

    Yes, but you must use this with care. You can get something called TCA 30%. You can order it online and follow the directions carefully. I've had this done at a dermotologists office but its really exoensive. You'll want to dot it on with a Q tip twice. It will frost, it will turn black and gross, it will peel off and look like raw hamburger meet underneath but when it goes back to your normal face color in a week or 2, the spot will either be gone or significantly lighter. You can do it again to completely get rid of the spot... that's really the only way but it's serious which is why derms use it.
