    If someone earns 1,480.00 will they have to file a schedule B?

    Schedule B is required ONLY IF interest and dividends exceed $1,500.

    Schedule B is also required if the taxpayer has a foreign bank account with a balance of $10,000 or more, regardless of the amount of interest income.
