My name is Christian . I now reside in Stony Point N.Y. while living here, I've developed strange feeling's, like I'm always being followed and stared at when I know I should be home alone. Countless amount of times I've noticed things in the corner of my eye, but when I turn to look, it goes away. If there ever was anything there in the first place. I hear foot steps upstairs if I'm down and thumps downstairs when I'm up. One night when my fiancé and I went to sleep, we were talking. She turned the lights off, and I started to feel as if some one was staring at me so I turned around to question my fianceas to why she was sitting up staring at me, so I sat up and tried to look into her eyes while she was talking and realized that she was lying down.all I saw was a shadow figure. First, are you renting the home or did you buy it? (Lease optioning still counts as renting until the end of your term lease). If you bought the home, by law, the previous owners are obligated to tell you if someone died in the home (providing that they know about it). If you're renting then the landlord does not have to disclose that information.

As for being haunted, it's a possibility. If you bought the home then contact the previous owners, ask them if they know if anyone has died (be it natural death, accidental or murder) in the home. If they don't know, then head down to the county sheriffs office. Do a little research on the home, go back several decades and check it out. Maybe someone died there.
