    Is it legal for the employer to deduct hours from a salaried employee, even though the employee has worked more than eight hours a day everyday and.

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Its not legal for an employer to deduct HOURS from a salaried person. However, it may be legal to deduct a whole day.
