    I'm not sure what you mean by balanced. You can't write a chemical equation for a single substance.

    Copper (II) Chloride = CuCl2. That's it.



    Not really very interesting.

    appears to be lead (II) acetate but it's not exactly what youw wrote down.

    is a negative ion (an anion). It can form a lead salt, which appears to be what you wrote. If you mixed nickel (II) chloride with lead (II) acetate, you would get a mixture of chlorides and acetates or chloride-acetate.
