I've suffered from painful periods for a while now they coarse me to throw up faint and extreme pain my periods I have tried all pills and painkillers nothing works my periods are normaly reguler and just a heavy flow but my last period was late and rather than a normal blood flow it was random big dark red clumps of blood now and then and gunk at first it was just clear with spots of blood and then the next day it was a thik red gunk that was to thick and sticky to be soaked by a tampon or towel what could this be?x

I think you should go to the doctor. It could be endometriosis, or a cyst, or something else.
