    Toilet Flushing Problems
My toilet will only completely empty every other flush. On one flush the water level comes in low and the low water level when flushed only fills the bowl but will not empty. The second flush completely empties but only fills low water level in the bowl. This requires that when the toilet is used when the water level in the bowl is low, a second flush is necessary. What to do to fix it?

    Hi, flusherman!

Greetings and WELCOME to the site! I just moved your question that you had posted in Introductions to this forum topic area so that it will get the most exposure to those who are best able to answer it. Introductions is for people to introduce themselves and we try to not ask questions there.

It can be a little confusing when first learning how to use this site! Your question will get noticed much more in this forum topic area.

We would appreciate it if you would return to Introductions sometime to tell us a little about yourself though, if you would be willing to do that.

    Thanks!

Lets start by looking in the tank. Does the water level in the tank reach to just about 1" from the top of the over flow pipe, if not adjust the float. Back to you

I need a little more information. Is the water level in the tank 1/2 inch below the white overflow tube when the tank's filled? Did this happen all of a sudden or did it come on gradually? Do you see any bubbles or hear any gurgles in the bowl at any time? Answer me and I'll answer you. Cheers, Tom
