I just bought an antique radio
I recently picked up an antique radio at an estate sale. It is a Wards Airline, Article # 62-2504. It is a console radio, not a tabletop radio. I can't find anything on the internet for it, no pictures or information. I was wondering if there is anyone out there that might know something about this radio such as an approximate year and worth. Not really worried about the worth but I would like to know if I got a good deal, I paid $50 for it and it works great. It is in nearly perfect condition and the radio plays pretty clear. It is definitely fascinating.

    Hi, stayc4you!

Does it look like any of those that you'll find via clicking on pages of the following search?

Wards Airline Radio - Google Image Search

If so, which one or ones, please?

    Thanks!

It looks most like the model number 62-402, however, it is not exact. The knobs are in a straight line on mine and the speaker area is much different otherwise the concept between the two is the same.

    Howdy stayc4you.

Were you able to find a schematic for that particular radio?
