This request sounds like asking for a lot!
    Really it is not.
The first thing you must really understand and
    Tuck it deeply in memory.
    1) ALL EXPENSES ARE DEBITS.
Most of the payable accounts process is made
NOT IN CASH. They are either for goods or for services.
    2) SO:- Now you need a PRO-FORMA Journal Entry.

    DEBIT THE EXPENSE ACCOUNT XXXX
CREDIT The SUPPLIER OF THE GOODS
    OR SERVICES ACCOUNT***********XXXX

Being goods and services supplied on credit
    By------------.

When you purshase a good or service on account the journal entry is:

Debit the appropriate expense account for the amount
Credit Acocunts Payable for the amount

When the account is paid the journal entry is:
Debit Accounts Payable for the amount
