    Scratches on front portion of penis
    For last month, I found out that in a span of 1 or 2 days, I got a white discharge from my penis. Due to which I feel very etchy. The main problem is that due to continuous etching, I have got so many scratches developed on the front portion of my penis which is very much painful. Also, I can't drag my skin to its full length which is on top of the penis
    Please suggest me any cream or any tablets to get rid of this infection

    Get yourself to a doctor to get proper medication because any scratch on the tip of your penis opens you up to several infections, and maybe some of them quite dangerous.
