    What is the question?
    Breaking a lease is breaking a lease and any penalties that are in your lease agreement apply.The reasons are not important from a legal standpoint.
    Read your lease and you will know what the ramifications of breaking it are.

    Job loss is not a valid reason for breaking a lease. In fact, the only legal reasons for breaking a lease are the lanldord not providing a habitable environment or military deployment.

    By the way, the more you put into a question the better chance we have of answering it. You reallt gave us very little to go on.
