    Tenant called L & I after eviction started any loop holes around this
    I need help on this, I have a very verbally abusive tenant that has never paid in 4 months there. I filed for enviction and she never showed up at court, she called in stating that she was in the hospital and got a continuance. The nexy day L & I was at the property. I received failure from L & I 2 weeks later.

    Any way to still evict this tenant with violations on the property.

    PS. Most stuff, broken windows, stuff that was completed prior to her moving into the property.

    What is L & I? Why did you wait 4 months? Did you confirm she was in the hospital?

    Why should violations against the property affect your evicting a non-paying tenant?

    What country are you in ?

    Agreed, proof she was in the hospital, prove she was not or just refile for the eviction, and the next time start serving notice 10 days late, not 4 months
