Name for wire to connect speakers
I have a Sony speaker system. The two main speakers connect with a cord with what looks like a square with four quadrants; does anyone know the name of this connection

    Hey Nick,

Could you please provide us with some more information? What model of speakers are they? A photo perhaps?

Sounds like you just need speaker wire

Strip the end of the speaker wire and then should be able to pull little tab above one of the squares and slip the end of the wire in

If this is not it, as mentioned above, some more info on what you have there
