    Separation aggrement and foreclosure
    Hi!

    My husband signed a separation ageement that he will take care of the mortgage payment on the house what is still in both of our names.
    If he stop paying and the house go in foreclosure am I lilable? Do I also have to go into foreclosure? Can they take my new home what I bought during separation?
