    Property lien in Mississippi
    How do yo file a lien against someone's land, in order to protect your money invested in said property?

    Do you have a promissory note for the money invested or some other proof of the investment?

    When you gave them the money did they sign a mortgage to you for it ?

    Are they late paying you ?

    When was the money given, what paper work was signed
