    Kepping my skin looking young
Hi. I am 28 years old and my skin is very dry and I notice that I am starting to have fine lines. I am starting to get worried because in my family nobody has good skin. How can I keep my skin looking young without spending too much money? What king of vitamins should I take that will help me? There are too many things out there that make me confused. Thank you:)

To keep your skin young, use moisturizer in the winter and always use sunblock in the summer. Also wear a hat in the sun. Don't smoke and eat a healthy diet. This will help slow down the aging process.

I agree with Earl on all of the above

Also, drink plenty of water. Try a moisturizer with either Alpha Hyrdroxy acid or Glycolic acid- they are gentle acids sold over the counter that will help to "renew" itself by sloughing off the dead, damaged cells. Over time, it will help reduce the appearance of fine lines.

But your main defense is sunscreen and avoiding tanning. Get yourself a great pair of sunglasses- so you avoid squinting and thus causing even more lines.

You should take a multivitamin with vitamins a,c, and e. you can also try using ointments with vitaimin c or e. lotions that have collagen in them are supposed to reduce lines. You can also try using firming creams by olay or nivea.
