    Someone must know the name of this movie...

    Tere is a girl in her late teens(a blonde) in a shrink unit,a doctor gets her a summer job and she gets in with a crowd of rich kids.

    The "queen girl" of the group is a really hot brunette,who gets really jealous when the crazy girl gets so popular.

    Turns out the crazy girl looks like he sister or something,who she had killed because of jealousy.

    This girl also kills a couple of her friends(one on a boat).

    Also a really hot sex scene where the brunette seduces the doctor who is a family friend on a desk.

    Brunette gets found out in the end.
