The bank is trying to sue me for an auto loan I am unable to pay, what do I do?
I owe the bank 19,000 for an auto loan that I am unable to pay. The amount is charged off on my credit and I can not really afford to make the required payments for the loan. What can I do?

Second job to make money to make the payments perhaps.

Charged off has nothing to do with it, that is merely an accounting term for tax purpose of the lender.

You will owe the money, have they repo'ed the car?
