    Legal to change price after offer made?
    I am bidding on a short sale. The asking price was, say, 475K. After making a full price bid, the asking price then increased to 494K. Is this a legal move to raise the price after an offer is made? I'm receiving conflicting perspectives. Thanks!

    Unless a binder was offerred and accepted, there was no binding contract.
