    Hi F & M,

Are you considering a residential or commercial cleaning company?

Are you in the U.S, if so what part of the country are you in?

Are you in a city or rural area, as pricing varies in each?

Do you have any experience in management or particularly in the cleaning business?

Please answer these few questions and I would be happy to assist in any way that I can.

    Hi, F AND M!

    Excellent questions by Stringer above!

Also, how do you intend to market your business? If you would like to know how to advertise it on the Internet effectively, without it costing you anything other than some time, please let me know.

    Thanks!

I am based out of atlanta ga, and the company will be comercial. Iam closed to the city, so I am in between rural and city which makes it easier for the business.I do have experience in management as well as experience in the cleaning business. Getting the contracts is what I am unfamiliar with.

    Hello F:

Do you mean finding customers?? Or do you mean getting a contract to write with your customers AFTER you found them?

If you mean BOTH, here's what I advise. Every business, no matter what it is, needs to SELL its services. It doesn't matter how well you clean, and how honest you are, if you don't have customers... So, you're going to have to learn how to SELL, or hire a salesman. Those are your only choices.

In terms of having a contract written for you to use, you can hire a lawyer to write it for you, or get Stringer to post his and you can take what you want from it.

Once you get some sales and contracts filled out, then you can start cleaning...
