    Custody for a child
    How can I get custody for my sister inlaw she 15 and getting abused by her mother and we want to take her away from her mother and how do I go about it

    Call the police on her mother. At least that is your first step. A court will not entertain a forced change of custody to a non-parent unless CPS is involved, most likely.
