    Toilet line leak under tank
    Hello,

My braided line from the tank to the wall is leaking at the base of the tank. I drained all of the water and attempted to tighten the nut at the base of the tank. Filled the tank, still a leak. This line is 4 months old. Water is still off and toilet drained entirely until fixed.

Any advice to save me a service call?

    Thank you so much!

Fill the toilet tank check the leak closely see if it leaks from the supply line or the base of the fill valve, if it is from the base of the fill valve tightened that nut.

If it leaking from the supply line close the angle valve flush the toilet place a towel under the tank disconnect the supply line see if the black gasket is present if it is remove and turn it over install connect the line and see if it is fixed, if no gasket you need to get one, if this will not help replace the supply line they are cheap, Good luck.

I have a one piece Kohler pressure-assist toilet that is about 14 years old. Recently it started to leak from the bottom of the porcelain tank. It appears to be dripping from a metal bolt in that area. I imagine the pressurized tank or a fitting is leaking but I can't see that area when I remove...

Our powder room toilet drain was installed 1/2" too close to the back wall. The top of the tank hits the drywall preventing it from sitting level on the bowl. The rubber gasket between the tank & bowl, apparently doesn't compress enough in the back & it leaks. Shy of relocating the drain further...
