    My wife signed alease for an apt. change her mind about the apt. within 12 hours can we get full refund

    Hello bob:

    If you have time to change your mind, it will say so in your contract. There is no automatic time in Washington.

    Not unless the contract you signed says you do, most are binding the minute you sign. So she can be obligated to the full terms of the lease
