where did i go wrong?
Im a cancer female and I was dating a Aries man. He was 1 year older than me. We meet in a club. I saw each other once every 3 weeks because I have 2 kids and I work full time and he works and has other activities, but I like it that way. We had an open relationship. We would speak on the fone. We had are first argument after 8 months of dating each. He asks 2 use my car I said yes because I knew his car was damaged. He said he will bring back the next day. He took the car and the police took it off him for speeding. He called me and told me that the car had been taken and he was not driving because he was drunk, He said he made his friend drive. The car was at less 100 miles away from me. He said he will travel me to the get the car when he gets back. He never called me that night he called in the morning and said come over to his. I went over and he said that he needs to go college. He said that he had no money left to get the car. I had some money so I said I will use this money but I want the money but this week because I need to use it for something else. He said yes I will give it you back. I went to get car on train and in a taxi and I didn't know where I was going. Find the place and it cost me all together £180.00. I went home we spoke to each other he said that he will give me the money tomorrow. I call him the next day for the money and said he had no way of getting to me tonight so he said he will bring it tomorrow. I also noticed that my side mirror chase had gone and told him. He said he had nothing to do with it had to of being the place where the car was kept. He said call them, I said I will. I said I will call you. The next day I called him he said it was OK for me to come for the money. I went to get the money, he give it to me and I just put into my pocket. Then he said I will give you some more in soon when I get back on my feet. I said OK but I need it soon because the money was for something else and I need it. He said OK. I didn't speak to him for a while. Then I had a problem where I need my money I called and he didn't answer. So I text him asking him for the money because I had a problem. He didn't reply so I called him asking him for the money I said that he was upset about the text I sent him. He said he will bring it tomorrow and put the fone down. I waited for him to call me but he never. I called him the next day and he just put the fone down. So I went to his house because I needed the money. He said to me before to never come to his house without telling him first. I ring the bell and he told me to go away. I said no. He came down shouting at me why are you at my door? I said because I need my money. He said what money? I said the money that you said you where going to give me. He said well I did like them texts. I said I need the money ,I've got 2 kids and I'm on my own. He said that his mum had cancers and she was having an OP tomorrow and I didn't want to tell you because its none of your business. I said OK you did have to tell me but you could said that you didn't have the money at the moment instead of playing games. We kept on going round and round in circle and he kept saying I can't believe your at my house. I went home and got I message saying I will drop the money through the letter box and he never wanted to speak to me ever and that I could find some one better. I waited a couple of week but never receive the money... I notices there was some marks on the car so I called him asking him about the marks and when would he have the money. He put the fone down and said that he didn't care. So I got really mad and text I need the money by tonight or I will get someone else involved. I called him a tramp and a waste man.

I never got anyone involved. I never receive my money. He has being quoting thing to friends like I called him tramp and wasteman, he said that I betrayed him. He was calling me head. He said that he never owed me anything just because he said ill give you something... that don't mean I owe me.

I feel so confused please help...

You have been had and if it's that important small claims court may be an option, but I hope you learned your lesson.

The best course maybe to chalk this up to experience, and keep going with your life.

I know its frustrating, but don't let him ruin you. The good news is you can keep him out of your life.

Cut your losses now and be glad it wasn't worse.
Better to find out now that this guy is a "tramp" and he is a waste of your time.

You went wrong when you lend him your car out of good faith but he pull a fast over you.

Instead of him being a man by paying his debt to you, knowing that you're a single mother of two kids, he lied and lied without a care.

I glad you at least got some of your money back because some people don't even get that.

Oh, you have nothing to be confuse about. This guy was a user and only cared about himself.

However, your meet someone better just don't lend them your car.
