    Falsified document
    I applied for an American non-immigrant visa about 2yrs ago with a falsified bank account statement, was caught out and refused the visa. Am I permanently ineligible to enter the U.S or can I/should I apply again?

    You may try again after 5 years but it's not going to be easy..
