    Hematobin
    I fell and my face cheek has a hemotobin. It is very large and it has been one week. Should I apply hot pack or cold pack at this point?

    I think you mean a HEMATOMA, basically a bruise. There is nothing you can do, since it's been a week, other than just wait it out. It will go away in time.
