    Landlord filed bankruptcy
    HI. My husband and I received notice that our landlord filed bankruptcy. What are outr rights in PA?

    Hello r:

    You rights are spelled out in your lease and PA landlord/tenant law...

    However, the bankruptcy won't effect your lease. The only thing that might be effected, is who you pay your rent to.
