Adding my name to the deed.
In October of 2008, My wife had a friend of her's purchase a house for our family. The loan was taken out in the friends name, but I supplied the $10,000 down payment. My question is can I or how do I get my name added to the deed.

At the top of the Real Estate Law forum there's a sticky post that explains how to add someone to a deed. You can read it at https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/real-e...eed-91136.html
