    What size wire
I work at a campground and we want to upgrade our electrical capacity. We want to run a single service line from the main service panel to a subpanel. We want to run two service lines from the subpanel to 8 (eight) sites and to 10 (ten) sites respectfully. The sites will be parallelled and each site will have 30 amp service. What size wire do we need for the main service line and what size do we need for the feeder lines to the sites. Thanks

You cannot use a 30A line unless you install a sub-panel at each location dropping to 20A for receptacles and lighting.

Outdoors, electricity and DIY DO NOT mix!

Call in a qualified electrical contractor and have it done correctly and safely!
