Bathing suit
Hi,
I am a 13 year old girl looking for a bathing suit, I weigh 100 lbs, I am veeeeeeeeeeery athletic, My bust size is prety small its 34a, My tummy is okaay but I hate my legs in the upper section! Any advice on how I can losee fat on my thighss, I know it seems crazy for me to be asking considering I only 100 lbs but it looks badd, Anyy advice? Thanks!:rolleyes: |

Eat right, and exercise daily. Involve yourself in sports.
The fact that your 13 and saying these things worries me. Get a bathing suit that is age-appropriate. Opt for a one piece or a tankini or a two piece with boyshorts. Meanwhile, stay away from sugary foods, soft drinks, but eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Get plenty of fresh air, sunshine, water, and sleep. Be active --walk, swim, play sports, jump rope... be active. |
