    The first step in getting this sort of help is to tell us the brand and model of TV. Maybe someone on this website has a similar model, or we can search the 'net for a manual.

    Assuming your question meant to say 'how to remove picture in picture on TV', it will be a button on the remote, usually showing a small rectangle within a larger one.
