    My custody arrangement
Ok so my dad has hade custody over me for many years now. It gets kind of sickining. I mean I love him and all. But when I was 5 he got married again(well for his first time). She seemed cool and all at first, but now 9 years later she is an absolute *****(cant say the word). She won't let me go to friends house, she pulled me out of school and put me in home schooling(because I was getting bad grades, and still am 2 years later). She wears my dads pants. And they seem way to tight on her. Now she is pregnant with her 3 kid. I get to go to my moms every weekend. She has even came in my moms house acting like she's king s***. Some of my own family don't like her(grandma, aunt, cousins, MOM). So this weekend was my brothers spring break. And since I'm not in regular school its not mine yet. So I asked if I could stay over at my moms house till Wednesday. Well my mom ended up talking to my dad and they got into this big old fight. It was quite mean some of the stuff my dad said about her and my step dad(who I like better then my real dad). So my mom was going to the courts today to see what she has to do to get custody of me. Well after he picked me up last night he was talking to me(yelling at me). When I did not even do anything. SO he says you know what, we will go home and pick your s*** and ill take you back over there. And I hade enof that night so I said good. Well this morning I'm still home.
I guess what I'm trying to say is... I need help bad. I live in the state of Ohio and I'm 14 turning 15 early July. I need to know what I can do to get away from this place. And fast.So please help me... Let me in on some laws.:mad::mad::(

If your mother wants custody of you she has to go to Court, file a Petition and ask for custody. You will be interviewed by someone in the system but your wishes do not have to be honored. All of the parties will be evaluated and then the Court will either change custody, leave it with your father, amend visitation - whatever the Court feels is in your best interest.

You can do nothing at this point - your mother has to file for a change in custody OR, if your father no longer wants custody then HE files for an order to give custody to her.

I think, judging from your post, that the Court will also order counselling, possibly for all of you.
