    What movie is this
    A homeless blackmails a rich kid.. and later on traded places with him.. the poor guy took over his life and the rich guy lost everything to this guy

    You're not thinking of "Trading Places," are you - with Dan Ackroyd and Eddie Murphy? If so, your synopsis of the story isn't quite right - the rich guy is set up by his bosses who then hire the poor guy as part of a social experiment.
