    Ceasing bank accounts
    I leased a vehicle in 98 and got it repoed in about 2000. Do you know if after 9 years can they still cease my account?

    Hello brent:

    If they got a judgment, they can seize your account as long as the judgment is good. Most of 'em are good for 10 years, and then can be renewed for another 10 years..

    If they DIDN'T sue you and get the judgment within the statute of limitations, they can't sue you now and GET a judgment.
