    I didn't do my state takes from last year, can I still?
    I did not do my state takes from last year, 2007, and I owe money on my federal taxes from 2007. What should I do?

    File your taxes as soon as possible. You will pay late penalties for ot paying your taxes, but there are NO penalties on the state return if you are due a refund.
