    Can a person with a felony record leave the usa and can they get get a visa and passport

    Hi, yes you can get a passport and yes you can LEAVE the US

    But the country you want to go to might refuse you a visa and might refuse you entry.

    You have to contact the embassy of the country you want to go to before you plan your trip and ask them directly
