    Which is the best way to file a tax for married couples?
    Hi,

    Myself and my husband are on L1-B visa status.

    I would like to know which is the best way to file the Tax returns

    1. Married filing separete return.
    Or 2. Married filling joint return.

    You can file as married filing jointly (MFJ) or married filing separately. In most cases, it is better to file as MFJ. If you file MFS, you will not get many credits and deductions. Read Your U.S. Tax Return: Filing Status for Married
